The angels grew lonely and called three month old, Gary Lorenzo Baldonado Jr. to join them in heaven with the Lord. Gary Jr. was born on September 23, 2001 and joined the angels on Wednesday, December 26, 2001.
Gary was preceded in death by an infant sister and brother, Kianna and Steve Ray Baldonado and his grandfather, Nick Baldonado.
Gary Jr. is survived by his loving parents, Gary Sr. and Doris "Weda" Baldonado and his sister, Misti all of the family home in Placitas, NM. Also surviving are his maternal grandmother, Belta Gurulé of Albuquerque, paternal grandparents, Dionella and Andres Almeida of Placitas, Godparents, Steven and Evangeline Durán of Placitas and numerous aunts, uncles and other relatives.
Gary Lorenzo Jr. will be greatly missed by his loving family. The saddest word mankind knows will always be "Goodbye". So when a little child departs, we who are left behind must realize God loves children, Angels are hard to find. Visitation will be on Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the San Antonio Catholic Mission in Placitas, followed by a Mass of the Angels at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at the Plactias Catholic Cemetery.
