GEORGE HAROLD ANAYA George Harold Anaya, 60, of Santa Fe, NM, passed away peacefully at home following a lengthy illness in the arms of his loving wife on June 7, 2011. He was born on April 22, 1951 in Santa Fe, to Jose Roque Anaya, and married JoAnne F. Anaya on June 30, 1977. George is preceded in death by his father, Jose Roque Anaya; grandmother, Refugio Pacheco; grandfather, Manuel Pacheco; father-in-law, Joseph G. Montoya; mother-in-law, Rebecca R. Montoya; and sister-in-law, Dianna Montoya. He is survived by his wife, JoAnne F. Anaya; daughter, Rebecca (Troy) Padilla; son, Harold (Michelle) Anaya; son, Randy (Samantha) Anaya; daughter, Wendy Anaya; daughter, Gina (Michael) Hernandez; grandson, Dominic Anaya; granddaughters: Kayla Anaya and Annika Padilla; Godchildren: Jacob Romero, Nicole Salazar, and Garrett Garcia; as well as many relatives and special friends. He was raised by his grandmother, Refugio Pacheco, who he loved dearly as his mother.
