"William Hugh BULLARD, II, March 15, 1968- January 31, 2011 // Columbus, GA- William Hugh BULLARD II, 42, of Columbus died Monday, January 31, 2011 in Columbus. Funeral services will be 3:30 pm Saturday, February 5, 2011 at North Highland Assembly of God, Whittlesey Road, Columbus with interment in Patrick's Cemetery according to Cox Funeral Home, Manchester. Visitation will be from 1:30 to 3:30 at the church prior to the service. William was born March 15, 1968 in Columbus, the son of William Hugh BULLARD and Rebecca CLINE BULLARD. He was a graduate of Columbus State University having received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Administration and a Masters Degree in Education. He was a certified teacher and had taught in Fulton, Muscogee and Chattahoochee Counties. He had worked in several family businesses including Cline Construction. William was a member of Midway United Methodist Church. His life was dedicated to his daughter, Bliss, and often delayed his own life to be a part of hers. // William was preceded in death by his father and is survived by his daughter, Bliss BULLARD of Columbus; his mother, Rebecca CARTER and her husband, Danny, of Manchester; his sister, DeAnna BULLARD of Columbus; his brother, Will BULLARD of Columbus; his maternal grandmother, Eunice CLINE of Columbus and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family. // In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of William may be made to Midway United Methodist Church, North Highland Assembly of God or a charity of your choice.// Please sign the online register at www.coxfh.com."
