He is survived by daughters, Mrs. Mary (Bill) Westby, Hazel (Harold) Groves, Betty (Rosa) Black, Ann (Regis) Phelan, Rachel (Clyde) Green, Helen (Lewis) Chapman and Ruth (Santo) Palazzola.
Grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held in the Chapel of Stroup Funeral Home of Dalton with Rev. Robert Bridges, pastor of the First United Methodist Church officiating.
