CLAUDE I. BAKER
Funeral services for Claude I. Baker, 70, of Wichita were at 10 a.m. Friday at the Broadway Mortuary in Wichita. Graveside services and burial were at 1:30 p.m. Friday in the Bennington cemetery.
Mr. Baker was born May 19, 1901, in Wells, and passed away Tuesday at St. Joseph's hospital in Wichita. A retired mechanic for beech Aircraft Co., he moved to Wichita from Wells in 1942.
Surviving are the widow, Freda, of the home: six sons, Keith D., Claude I., Victor G., Adraine E., Richard L., and Gerald D., all of Wichita; four daughters, Mrs. Corinne Ott and Mrs. Gynne Lamooney, both of Wichita; Mrs. Colleen Huber, of Anaheim, Calif., and Mrs. Betty Price of Yorba Linda, Calif.; 27 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Lottie Crawford of Colorado Springs.
