Reverend Gerald W. Hodgeson officiating. Burial in Crestwood Cemetery. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society. Visitation 5-9 p.m. Saturday. 1-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Mrs. Allen was born in Dexter, Missouri on March 29, 1907 and was a resident of the Flint area since 1943. She was employed by General Motors Fisher Body for 24 years, retiring in 1969. Surviving are 2 sons, Donald E. and wife Freda of Burton, Jimmy D. and wife Jean of Flint. 5 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Oswald in 1989.
