Irene Bartz Adami of Winters passed away on October 25, 2008 after a two year battle with cancer. She was
preceded in death by her parents, Harry & Helen Bartz, and her husband Walter in 2005. She lived in San Angelo
where she was an accounting manager for GTE until her marriage. She is survived by 5 sisters, 2 brothers, many
nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. She was loved by everyone who knew her for her generous
nature and optimistic spirit. She was a blessing to all who met her and will be greatly missed.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the American Cancer
Society.
