M.E. 'Ed' Adams
COLORADO CITY -- M.E. "Ed" Adams, 76, of China Grove, died Tuesday in a local hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Kiker-Seale Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dan Crawford officiating. Burial will be in Colorado City Cemetery.
Mr. Adams was born in Denton County and moved to China Grove in 1933. He married Dorothy Walker in 1941 in Colorado City and was a farmer. He was a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, of China Grove; two sons, Billy Wayne Adams of Abilene and Edward Adams Jr. of Grapevine; four daughters, Betty Sue Miller of Abilene, Jo Ann Clark and Virginia Adams, both of Snyder, and Sharon Myers of Colorado City; two brothers, J.W. Adams of Clute and Lester Adams of Big Spring; 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
