Ida Belle Abel Owsley, 84, of LaMonte, Mo., died Thursday, August 17, 2006, at Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach, Mo. She was born February, 4, 1922, in Montreal, Mo., the daughter of Ben and Eliza Groom Jones.
She married Earl L. Abel on April 13, 1944. He preceded her in death November 23, 1980. She married Jerry Owsley on June 23, 1984 and he survives.
Survivors include two step-daughters and one sister, Nona Abel. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Pearl Heade, Ruby Jones and Lena Nickels. Burial will be at the LaMonte Cemetery. - Lake Sun Leader - Camdenton, MO. - 22 August 2006
