Allen, 59, a former Warren resident and engineer for the Grinnell Co. in Warren for 15 years, who died of a heart attack at his home in Bronxville, NY, Saturday. Funeral services and burial were held at Providence, Rhode Island. He had been employed by the Grinnell Co. for the past 35 years. After leaving Warren, Mr. Allen went to the Providence plant. He was a member of Old Erie Lodge 3 F&AM and Ali Baba Grotto. His wife, Mrs. Lee Allen and one son, Robert, survive.
