Marian E. Aldridge, 82, of Monmouth, passed away at 3:46 p.m., Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at her Home.

Marian was born on Nov. 11, 1931 in Palmyra, MO. the daughter of Jake and Gail (Washburn) Goehl. She was raised and educated in Monmouth graduating from Monmouth High School in 1949.

Marian married Thomas Aldridge in Monmouth on July 29, 1950 and he survives.

Marian was a homemaker. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church.

Survivors include her husband; 4 children, Terry J. (Brenda) Aldridge of Kirkwood, IL, Rick (Fawn) Aldridge of St. Augustine, IL, Ronnie (Michelle) Aldridge of Panama City, FL and Linda Cross of Monmouth; 13 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren; brother, Kenny Goehl of Abingdon, IL; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Andrew Goehl and grandson, Josh Aldridge.

Cremation rites have been accorded. No services are being planned at this time. Burial will take place at Warren County Memorial Park, Monmouth. A memorial fund has been established for the Alzheimer's Association.
