Delphia is survived by her husband, Earnest Evans; two daughters, Mrs Lucy Mae Nazelrod, Harrisonburg, Va., and Mrs Judy Dameson, Rockville, MD; four sons, Adam Evans, Petersburg, Paul and Eugene Evans , both of Rockville; and Donald Evans, Maysville.
