Kier Matthew Bailey, 34 of Oak Ridge, passed away on January 16, 2012.

Kier was born to parents Mike and Kathy Bailey in Oak Ridge on June 4, 1977.

He worked as a calibrator with McHale &Associates and was a Veteran with the U.S. Marines.

He and his son, Ian, were members of the Indian Guide and Kier was an avid bowler.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Bob and Sandy Robson.

Survivors include:
Wife, Amanda Fultz Bailey;
8 year old son, Ian, 2nd grader at Glenwood Elementary;
Father and mother, Mike and Kathy Bailey, Clinton;
Sister, Shayna Scott and husband, Jonathan, Clinton;
Grandparents, H.R. and Ann Bailey, Clinton;
Father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mike and Anne Sheehan, Oak Ridge;
Father-in-law, Rick Fultz, Clinton;
Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, 8 PM, in the chapel of Weatherford Mortuary with Curtis McClane officiating. The graveside service will be held Monday, January 23rd, 1:30 PM at the Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, John Sevier Highway, Knoxville. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be in the form of donations to the college fund of Ian Bailey in care of O.R.N.L Credit Union. The family will receive friends from 6 8 PM Thursday in the chapel of Weatherford Mortuary. An online guest book may be signed at
