Mrs Welch is survived by a daughter, Patricia L Noe of Mountlake Terrace, Wash.; two sisters, Vera Maassen of Oakland Iowa, and Veva Collings,of Texas; and three grandchildren, Darrin, Jeremy and Darci.
Velma was married to Lloyd Welch, in Iowa, and they both moved to Richland Washington, to Benton county, an era known as the Tri-Cities.
Velma was the daughter of Amos "Roy" and Grace (Bolio) Schwinderman from Carson, Pottawattamie County, in Iowa.
