He is survived by his sister, Sadie Mae Wynn of Atlantic City and his eight children, Charlie Havert Randolph, Jr., 40, of Whitesboro, Charissa Rena Randolph, 38, of Whitesboro, James Lee Randolph, Sr., 36, of Whitesboro, Diane Denise Howell, 35, of Whitesboro, Doris Ann Howell, 34, of Whitesboro, Charlene Lynn Randolph, 33, of Whitesboro, Kerry Lee Randolph, 32, of Whitesboro and Charlie Haywood Randolph, 31, of Whitesboro; 14 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, where viewing will begin at 11:00 a.m.
Interment will be in Household of Ruth Cemetery, Whitesboro.
