She was born on December 31, 1986 in Lawton, Oklahoma, to Ronald and Shelly (Villebrun) Quoetone. She had spent her childhood years in Nett Lake, then lived in Lawrence, Kansas and in Oklahoma before returning to the Orr area in 2010. Lindsey worked as a receptionist for the RTC (Reservation Tribal Council), and as a teacher's aid at the Nett Lake School Head Start program. She was a member of the Bois Forte Band of Chippewa. Lindsey enjoyed music, playing both guitar and flute. One of her favorite pastimes was hanging out with her friends.
She is survived by two children; companion, David Villebrun Jr.; parents, Shelly "Dolly Do" and Eric Strong and Ronald and Tammy Quoetone; maternal grandparents, Eileen and Kenny Barney; siblings: Brent (Danelle) Villebrun, Ashley Goodsky and Amanda Quoetone; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Interment will be in the Bois Forte Cemetery.
