LAUREL — Michael Theodore Ball
Michael Theodore Ball, 47 of Petal, died Sunday, Aug. 28, 2011 at his residence.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., on Friday, Sept. 2, 2011 at First Baptist Church of Petal in Petal. Rev. Macon Phillips will officiate. A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Lake Park Hills Cemetery in Laurel.
He was the owner of Gordon Creek Deli from 2005 until 2007.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Warren Ball.
Survivors include his wife, Pam Denise Ball, Petal; mother, Rita Ball, Jacksonville, N.C.; step- children, Ashleigh Rogers and Tiffany McClellan; brothers, Jeff Ball (Rebecca), Australia, Eric Ball (Katrina), Ms. Gulf Coast, and Timothy "Timmy" Ball (Marcela), Australia; sister, Lorri Nowacki (Jim), Biloxi; and two grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jeremy Scruggs, Nelson Scruggs, Michael Mitchell, Charles Seal, Benjamin Nowacki, and Jonathan Nowacki.
Visitation will be held Friday from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Petal.
Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel is in charge of arrangements.
