FORMER FARGOAN KILLED IN ACTION
FARGO, N.D.--Flight Sgt. Wilfred P. Comrie, former Fargoan, of the Royal Canadian Air Force was killed in action Monday in the European theatre of war, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. E.P. Comrie, Fargo, have been notified by the RCAF casualties officer at Ottawa, Can.
A graduate of Central high school, Sergeant Comrie, a pilot, left NDAC in March, 1941, to join the RCAF. He had been stationed in England.
On Jan. 2, 1943, he was married to Grace Balshaw of Cheshire, England. Besides Mrs. Comrie and his parents, he leaves two sisters.
