Funeral services were held at the Cowley-Krien Funeral Chapel Sept. 16 for Juanita Geneva Amos, 74, who died Sept. 12 at her home in Tulsa. The Rev. Daniel Sexton officiated. Interment was in Salem Presbyterian Church Oakgrove Cemetery with arrangements by Cowley-Krien Funeral Home.
Mrs. Amos was born Oct. 5, 1922, at Sulphur to Edmond and Fronie (Davis) Williamson. She married Everett Lee Amos in 1988. She lived in Sulphur most of her life and moved to Tulsa nine years ago to be near her children. She was a homemaker and a member of the Presbyterian Church where she was an elder.
She is survived by two sons, a daughter, a brother, Armond Williamson of Sulphur, two sisters, including Elsie Lewis of Sulphur, seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
