A lifetime Staffordsville resident and member of the Freewill Baptist church,she was born November 22, 1918, the daughter of Reggie and the late Addie Blevins Webb.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are two daughters, Mrs.Helen Williams of Springfield,OH and Mrs.Evelyn Hensley of Paintsville, two sons, Robert Blair of Flat Gap and Bennie Blair of Springfield,8 grandchildren and one great grandchild, and her step mother, Mrs.Hazel Webb.
Also surviving are five sisters, Mrs.Golda Maynor of Cleveland,OH, Mrs.Pauline Kesler and Mrs. Kathlene Curry of Baltimore,MD, and Mrs.Irene Lawrence and Mrs.Anna Lee Kirk of Charleston,WV and two brothers, Reggie Webb,Jr., and Harold Webb,both of Charleston.
Services were held Friday,September 7, in the Freewill Baptist Church at Staffordsville with Revs.Alfred Frazier,Jr.,John E. Ratliff and Steve Branham officiating.Burial was in the church cemetery at Staffordsville with Mrs. Blair's nephews serving as pallbearers. Arrangements were under the direction of the Paintsville Funeral Home.
