There is a brass monument in the church for Ralph and his wife, Ann.
English translation of Latin as given in Ulcombe Church:
"Pray for the souls of Ralph Sentlegor, Esquire and Anne his wife, which said Ralph died the 11th day of November in the year of our Lord 1470; on whose souls may God have Mercy. Amen."
This brass is illustrated in the Victoria and Albert Museum Catalogue of Rubbings of Brass.
Ralph Saint Leger was Sheriff 1469; was the Constable of Leeds Castle.
