Born Mar 31 1915 in Lwtn he was the son of late Russell F & Carrie E Peters Bailey. His wife Hazel Manbeck Bailey whom he married Nov 1 1941 survives. Also living are a son Russell W Bailey, Milroy, two daughters Mrs. Jeff Nancy Hartley, Reedsville and Mrs. George Linda Harpster, Lwtn, 11 grand 11 gt grand. He was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters. He was the last of his family. He served in US Army Air Corp. in WW11. He attended Old Fashion Baptist Church Ferguson Valley Rd. Interment made in Maitland Brethren Cemetery.
