John Henry Tucker served in the Civil War; Co. K. 1.Reg NJ. Vols. He was a prisoner of war and went home on March 22, 1865. Unfortunately he died the day the war ended which according to his great great grandaughter, Faith Foley, was a palm Sunday. His wife was Mary E. Duffield who died in 1870.
