Funeral services for Mrs. Lizzie D. (Goolsby) Carmack, 73, of Celina, were conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, January 13, 2000, from the chapel of Anderson Funeral Home in Gainesboro with Edward L. Todd officiating. Burial was in
Doc Hall Cemetery in the Wet Mill Creek community of Clay County with Anderson Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Carmack, a homemaker, died Tuesday, January 11, 2000, at her residence in the Tinsley Bottom community of Jackson County.

Born January 14, 1926, in Clay County, she was the daughter of the late Wade and Dona S. (Dailey) Goolsby. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dalpho Jackson "Jack" Carmack; and three brothers,
Lawrence Goolsby, Earl Goolsby, and Fred Goolsby. She was a member of the Hilham Church of God.
