Charles P. Clark, 89, of Acme, died Friday, Dec. 30, 2016, in Excela Health Frick Hospital.

He was born March 16, 1927, in Connellsville, a son of the late Samuel and Marie Shultz Clark.

Mr. Clark was a lumberman, having been employed by Ritenour Lumber.

He is survived by four children, John Clark, and his wife, Evelyn, of Dawson, Charlene Osborne, and her husband, Thomas, of Connellsville, Robert Clark, of Acme, and Lenny Clark, and his wife, Sandy, of Scottdale; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Florena Nicolo, of Indian Head.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his ex-wife, Patricia McNett Clark Ritenour; a daughter, Patsy Shallenberger; brothers, John, Braden and George Clark; and two sisters, Mary Hixson and Jane.

Friends will be received from 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the BROOKS FUNERAL HOME INC., 406 E. Washington St., Mt. Pleasant, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, with the Rev. Leroy Kesler officiating. Interment will be in the Keslar Cemetery.
