On May 18. 1808 "James Baker of Bow" "husbandman" left his will naming his wife Judith and his children to be buried at his wife's discretion. On September 21st, 1808 a bond of administration for "James Baker of Bow" "husbandman" and an inventory was taken on Dec 21, 1808 including farming tools and books. These papers can be found on ancestry.com. No mention is made of his burial in these documents. No obit was found in Newspapers.com or GenealogyBank.com. A relative said he was buried in Claremont Cemetery but that may have been a guess. In 1966 Nelson and Elgie Andrews compiled a list of burials from the tombstones in Claremont Cemetery in Danville and found Jesse Baker d 1847 (w Sarah Whittemore), Peter Baker d1883 (Mary Silver) and Phillip Baker d 1813 but no James Baker. http://www.interment.net/data/canada/qc/richmond/claremont/index.htm
