Janice Elaine Cantrell Martin age 67 of Smithville passed away Monday, March 17, 2014 at the DeKalb Community Hospital ER. She was the daughter of the late John Lee and Ona Young Cantrell. She was a Homemaker and attended Temple Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by 3 Sisters: Nancy Humphreys, Carmine Poss, Nell Fly; 6 Brothers: Jay, Joe, Morgan, Thaniel, Jewel and Prentice Cantrell. Survivors include her husband Johnnie H. Martin of Smithville; 4 Children: Carrie Hale of Smithville, Brandon Cantrell of Smyrna, Brandy White of Doyle and Vanessa Cunningham of Tullahoma; Grandchildren: Elanna Hale, Bonnie Hale, Tyler Hale, Jonathan White, Alyssa White and Layla Cunningham; Sisters: Hilda (Floyd) Corley of Tullahoma, Joan Harrelson of Lebanon; Brothers: John (Nell) Cantrell of McMinnville, Elmus (Gladys) Cantrell, McClure (Pam) Cantrell, Lewis (Wanda) Cantrell and Doyce Cantrell all of Smithville; Brother-in-law: Joe Fly of Nashville; Sisters-in-law: Frances Cantrell of Gallatin and Wilma Cantrell of Smithville. Funeral Services will be held 2:PM Thursday at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Shannon Cantrell officiating and burial in DeKalb Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday from 10:AM until 9:PM and Thursday 9:AM until time of service at 2:PM
