In the 1880 District 16 census Francis is listed as "Frank" along with his wife, Susan (incorrectly transcribed as age 25) and their year old daughter Mattie.
His occupation is listed as gardener. He and his parents were born in France; probably Alsace.
They are known to have had two children; Mattie (Martha?) and Frank A. Bibert. Frank is buried in Bartlett-Ellendale Cemetery, Oak Road, Bartlett, TN.
There are direct living relatives remaining in Alsace, France.
Recent info shows his brother lived around KCMO and married into my extended family.
