He was survived by his wife Eliza of the home; 2 daughters Geniva Sanchez and Margie Sanchez of Dixon; 2 sons Arsenio of Questa and Demostenes of Dixon; 2 brothers Luciano of Albuquerque and Mike of Dixon; 23 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives.
Funeral services were held 10 May 1986 in St. Anthony Church in Dixon. Burial followed in the St. Anthony Cemetery in Dixon. Pallbearers were Leonel Sanchez Jr., Steve Brito, Helbert Brito, Wayne Brito, Rudy Sanchez, and David Sanchez.
