Marvin was born April 7, 1929 to Robert C. and Dorothy Anderson in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Lucille was born August 21, 1933 to Amos and Elsie Kern in Danbury, Wisconsin. They were united in marriage on December 8, 1951 in Forest Lake, Minnesota. Marvin and Lucille died October 5, 2000 at the ages of 71 and 67 years, respectively.
Marvin and Lucille lived in Fridley, Minnesota until moving to North Branch in 1976, where they owned and operated Anderson Oil in North Branch. They sold that business and started Anderson Propane, which is still active today. Marvin enjoyed traveling, attending auctions, and operating his own business. Lucille enjoyed being a housewife and took pleasure in watching her grandchildren grow.
They are survived by 3 sons Steve, Brian and Jeffrey, all of North Branch; Lucille's 3 brothers Ronnie, George and Gary Kern; Marvin's mother Dorothy; 3 grandchildren Nicole, Natasha and Dylan Anderson; and many other relatives and friends.
