Services for Lydia B. Bluhm, 92, Pemberton, who died Wednesday, December 3, 1986, at her daughter's home in Pemberton, were 11 a.m. Friday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Freedom Township, Waseca County, the Rev. Richard E. Langhorst officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Visitation was 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Arnoldt Funeral Home, Janesville, and one hour before services at the church.
Pallbearers were Edwin Possin, Leon Piltz, Edwin Schultz, Vern Possin, Robert Schager and Clarence Witt.
Mrs. Bluhm was born in Freedom Township, May 16, 1894, to Frederick and Ottelia (Koch) Possin. She attended Freedom Lutheran Parochial School, and married August H. Bluhm of Waldorf, at St. John Lutheran Church, Waldorf, December 30, 1919. They lived in Pemberton, where he husband was employed as a well-driller for many years. She was a member of the Janesville American Legion Auxiliary.
She is survived by a daughter, Gertrude (Mrs. Raymond) Baer of Pemberton; six grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, May 29, 1956, and by six brothers and two sisters.
