Daughter of Nathaniel Ratliff & Martha Polly Farmer. Wife of Arnold "Arlan" Robinson Perry, whom she married August 8, 1816 in Floyd County, Kentucky. Mary Ratliff was the G-G-G Grandmother of Lee Perry Warren.

She was the mother of George Washington, Andrew Jackson "Andy", Nathaniel "Nathan" Gx2 grandfather,Emariah, Mary Polly, Jesse "Curly Jesse I", Martha Patsy, Jeremiah I, William, Delaney & Harrison Perry. All children were born in Kentucky.

Mary Polly Ratliff met Arnold when he and his other sibs, Elizabeth Betsy Robinson Perry & Ascenath "Sena" Robinson Perry (who later used only her mother's last name) moved from Onslow, North Carolina (where his mother Mary Elizabeth Robinson (Abraham Perry's mistress) married Arthur Venters on January 15, 1799), in 1806. Arthur Venters and Mary treked to Kentucky in 1806, too. They all wanted a fresh start.

Arnold was always referred to as Arlan Perry Robinson, by his father Abraham.
