Norman Thomas Harper Jr., 47, of the 1100 block of First Colonial Road, a clerk, died Dec. 4, 1990, in Norfolk.
Mr. Harper, a native of Norfolk, had been employed with Peoples Drug Store, Princess Anne Plaza, for 25 years. He was a Protestant.
Survivors include his mother, Edith D. Thompson of Newport News, and a sister, Hilda E. Harper of Virginia Beach.
The graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in the Bruce Whitehurst family cemetery in Creeds by the Rev. Clinnie Biggs Sr. Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, is handling arrangements. "
