Eliza DOB: Apr 16, 1844, age 74 yrs, born in Arkansas; DOD: May 13, 1918. Parents were Chas Gosho and Elen Gosho, both of Arkansas. Informant Mrs. ? Milbourn. Residences both, 2909 No 6, St. Joseph.

1857 Lawrence CO, AR; Jas Wood & Eliza Gosho; FHL Film Transcribed Marriage excerpt (ce-j): 17th Dec 1987 "that I (Eliza) did in Lawrence CO solemnize in marriage James Wood aged 26 years and Eliza Gosho aged 14 years." (1843) Handwritten story of her life, written by whom?
1860 Census: Reeds Creek, Lawrence, AR; Age: 16; Married to James Wood, one child Mary age 7 mo.
1865: James died in the war. After Eliza married David Milbourn.
1900 Census: Kane, Pottawattamie, IA. Eliza and Charles McNeal; Married; No children in the home. Census, married 15 years which puts date to 1885.
1915 Census: Iowa, she has resided, 17? Yrs, read nor write. Age 71.
1918: A note Mother Eliza and son David Milbourn (1869-1926) died in St. Joseph. David lived in Omaha, Nebraska on Jan, 1926.

The Death Certificate records the burial in DeSpain/Hockaday Cemetery: search on this burial: definitely not much to look at--unmarked & in disrepair. Why she was buried there in a small cemetery?
