ALEXANDER - In Fresno, December 16, 1953. Thomas Edward Alexander, Age 40. A native of Arkansas. Survived by his wife Nancy, a daughter; Nancy Carrol and two sons, Thomas, Jr., and Kirk, all of Fresno. A sister, Ruth Folden of St. Louis and a brother, Stanley also survive. Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of Easley's Funeral Home, 2385 S. Holly. Friday at 1 PM. Rev. Vernon Miller officiating. Interment in Liberty Cemetery under the direction of Easley's Funeral Home.

Thomas Edward Alexander, SC2c (Ship's Cook 2nd class), reported aboard USS SC-674 (sub chaser). In May 1945 he was promoted to Chief Commissaryman, U. S. Navy while aboard the USS John L. Williamson DE370
