Mrs. Dodd was born February 2, 1912. She was a daughter of the late Wade Hampton Smith and Francis Smith.
Mrs. Dodd was a homemaker and of the Congregational Holiness denomination.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Vasco Dodd.
Burial was in the Alto Congregational Holiness Church cemetery.
Survivors include two sons, Edward Dodd, Las Vegas, Nev., and Edmond Dodd, Alto; one sister, Mollie Grant, Levittown, Pa.; three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
