Survivors include stepsons, Foster and Jabbo Abernathy and stepdaughter, Mrs. Arlene Seals; brother, T.C. Vise; sister, Mrs. Bell Walls; and grandchildren. Funeral service at Alabama City Methodist Church where she was a member. Burial in Crestwood Cemetery. Mrs. Abernathy retired from Dwight Mills. She was a native of Cleburne County and a resident of Gadsden for 40 years. Collier-Butler Funeral Home directing.
