A Twin and Son of John & Mary George Quick and reared by Henry Eads after the death of his father in the Revolutionary War. Married to Mary Eads in 1801 and Early Settler and Judge in Franklin county Indiana.

Judge Quick died at 7 O'Clock in the evening of July 6,1853 at the family farm after an illness of eight weeks. He is burried in the Old Quick Burial Grounds on the Quick Homestead, Next to his wife and near her parents.
