Louise S. Geesaman was born in Tipton, Ia., October 21, 1875, and died at Enid, March 7, 1925 at the age of fifty years.
In the prime of her girlhood, Miss Geesaman became a resident of the Indian territory. Here she met Reuben Loftus Kirkpatrick to whom she was married February 10, 1893 at Independence, Kan. To this union was born three sons, Alva, Faye and Francis and one daughter who died in infancy.
Mr. and Mrs. Kirkpatrick came to the Cherokee Outlet Country, March 10, 1902, and made their home on a farm eight miles east of Billings, which was her home at the time of death. Mr. Kirkpatrick died here October 23, 1904.
Mrs. Kirkpatrick was married to H. L. Osborne November 22, 1918 at Newton, Kan. She is survived by her husband, two sons, eight grandchildren, a mother, one sister and three brothers.
Mrs. Osborne was a friend of sterling qualities and being fond of children she was called Aunt Lou.
The last few years Mrs. Osborne had not been in good health and had spent much time in the hospitals in Kansas and Enid.
At the latter place she died, and funeral services were held at the home. Burial was made at the Floral Ridge cemetery.
