ANEGAM VILLAGE — Gabriel Paul Juan Sr., 58, of Anegam died on May 10, 2014.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 5 p.m. Friday at St. Clare Catholic Mission by the Rev. Bill Minkel. A wake will follow there. Burial will be at 5 a.m. Saturday in Anegam Cemetery.

Mr. Juan was born on May 5, 1956, in Sacaton. He was a heavy equipment operator before retiring from Cyprus Amax Minerals Company. He enjoyed horseback riding and was a very creative backyard mechanic and handyman who built his mother-in-law's home. He had a great sense of humor, loved his family and adored his grandchildren.

Survivors include four sons, Augie Frank of Sells, Clifton and Gabriel Juan Jr. of Tucson and Joshua Juan of Eloy; two daughters, Gwendolyn P. "Gwen" Juan of Tucson and Glenda Juan of Anegam; and 11 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elliot L. Juan and Agnes M. Norris, and two brothers, Roger Juan and an infant.
