Mr. Charles Edward Harvell, 57, a resident of Mt. Pleasant, expired Saturday, December 6, 2008, at Maury Regional Medical Center.
Services will at 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 11, 2008, in the chapel of Chavers Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Hunter's Cemetery.
The body will lie in state from noon until service time.
The family will visit with friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Chavers Funeral of Mt. Pleasant is in charge of the arrangements.
The Maury County Native was the son of the late John Jackson and Mary L. Jackson. He was married to Bettie Rose Webster, April 22, 1982. They had a wonderful life together along with their puppy Kendall. He received his education in the Davidson County School System and was long time employee of CPS Company in Franklin until it closed. He loved his family, friends and neighbors. And enjoyed fishing and hunting.
He is survived by his devoted wife; Bettie Rose Harvell of Mt. Pleasant, his Mother; Mary L. Jackson of Nashville, six sisters; Mary (Kevin) Smith, Shirley (Larry) Welch, Brenda Anthony, Margie Jackson, Sandra Jackson, and Lena (Charles) Hayes all of Nashville, two brothers; John W. (Joyce) Jackson, and Robert (Charlene) Jackson of Nashville, mother-in-law; Mrs. Grace Webster of Mt. Pleasant, two sisters-in-laws Carolyn Martin of Mt. Pleasant and Linda Webster of Columbia, several aunts, uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
