Raymond L. Feucht, 82, Gridley, passed away at 7:48 p.m. Thursday (March 27, 2008) at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
He was born Aug. 25, 1925, in Lester, Iowa, a son of Carl and Pauline Knobloch Feucht. He married Marjorie Wiegand on Feb. 9, 1958, in Peoria. She survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Delores (Abdellah) Elhabbassi, West Linn, Ore.; Jeanette Feucht, Gridley; and Sonia (Brandon) Endress, Gridley; one son, Curtis (Beth) Feucht, Eureka; two sisters, Emma Gerber, Lester, Iowa, and Pauline (Dolly) Schick, Washington; two brothers, Paul Feucht, Canton, S.D., and John Feucht, Morton; and nine grandchildren, Batma and Zak Elhabbassi; Jed, Samantha, Jackie and Abby Feucht; Mitchell, Megan and Brett Endress.
He was preceded in death by his parents and 10 siblings.
Raymond was a farmer all of his life and thoroughly enjoyed it.
He served his country in the Army during the Korean War.
Raymond was a member of the Gridley Apostolic Christian Church.
