He is survived by three daughters, Eunice Slayton of Hurt, Virginia, Patsy Everette (Antonio) of Greensboro, North Carolina and Sandra Phillips (Royston) of Newport News, Virginia; two brothers, Sterline and Calvin Slayton of Long Island, Virginia; two sisters, Elizamae Isaacs of Long Island, Virginia and Ollie Gilbert of Gladys, Virginia and other relatives.
