Roberta Isabell (Oliver) Allen was the daughter of the late William and Rose Oliver.
She had lived in Sonora for 72 years. She retired after she worked as a housekeeper for Tuolumne County for 20 years.
She enjoyed dogs and cats, gardening, and carpentry work around her son's home, and daily walks with her dog before becoming ill.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Lawrence and Jackie Allen, of Sonora; a grandson, Robert "Gene" Allen, and his wife, Theresa Allen; great-grandchildren, Sarah, Melissa, and Christopher Allen; sisters and brother-in-law, Myrtle Allen, of Groveland, Annabelle Boswell, of Sonora, and Betty and Richard Craig, of Baxter Springs, Kan.; and a brother, Frank Oliver, of Concord.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Rose Oliver; her husband, Lawrence Allen; two sisters; and three brothers.
