Thelma "Bonnie" Wilson Baker
MOULTRIE — Thelma "Bonnie" Wilson Baker, 86, of Moultrie, died Saturday, Dec. 18, 2010, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 21, at Cobb Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Andy Cashwell and the Rev. Ronald Barrett officiating.
Interment will follow in Cobb Suncrest Memorial Gardens.
Casket bearers will be Smitty Strevel, Fred Harrell, Scott Baker, Christopher Westman, Joshua Westman, and Michael Wilson.
Born March 24, 1924, in Moultrie, she was the daughter of the late Guy Wilson and Edna Henry Wilson.
She was a waitress at Gold Leaf and Bulls Restaurant.
She was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by one son, Ronald T. Baker; two brothers, Ralph and Daryl Wilson; and one sister, Avis Foster.
Survivors include two daughters, Linda Strevel and husband Smitty of Moultrie, and Patti Levenson of Savannah, Ga.; three grandchildren, Kathie Westman, Christine Hutchins, and Scott Baker; four great-grandchildren, Eric Baker, Jessica Baker, Joshua Westman, and Christopher Westman; four great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Harold Wilson of Moultrie; and two sisters, Lorene Harrell of Moultrie, and Lee Brinson and husband Gene of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, on Tuesday, at Cobb Funeral Chapel.
The family may be contacted at the home of Linda and Smitty Strevel, 129 Old Sardis Church Road.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Cobb Funeral Chapel.
