Lydia Ann Armstrong, nee Abel, fell asleep with a hope of a blessed immortality at the old Homestead, Union co., Iowa, Feb. 23, 1890; aged 29 years 10 months 11 days. Mrs. Armstrong was a daughter of Chas. and Martha Abel. She was married to John Armstrong , Feb. 20, 1899. she was converted in her youth under the labors of Sam'l Kiplinger and united with the Evangelical Association with which she continued until the end.
