Jack was born on December 12, 1927, in Forest City, Arkansas, the son of Carl Jackson and Beryl Lucille Creech. He graduated from Eufaula High School in 1945. Jack enlisted in the United States Air Force on October 5, 1948. He was honorably discharged on December 30, 1949. In 1956, Jack married Lilly Wildcat in Tulsa. He worked as a carpenter for over forty years. Jack enjoyed playing dominoes, fishing and hunting. He also loved watching OU football. Survivors include: his sons, Jeff Brady of Muskogee and Mike Brady and wife Donna of Yukon; his daughters, Noella Monday and husband Noland of Tulsa, Lorene Blaich and husband Gary of Coffeeville, Kansas, Kathaleen Brady of Eufaula, Jamie and husband Sean Ools of Eufaula and Sarah Umbargar of Sandsprings; his brothers, James Brady of Eufaula, Richard Brady and wife Janet of Albuquerque, New Mexico and David Brady and wife Verona of Oklahoma City; his sister, Dorothy Raiford of Tulsa. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Jack is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, two sons, Billy Brady and Harka Brady and one sister, Suzie. Funeral services were held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 10, 2009 at the Kelley Memorial Chapel with Minister Jerry Craddock officiating. Pallbearers were Patrick Holybee, Paul Holybee, Carl Holybee, Greg Thomison, Raymond Brady and Tristan Nixon. A military burial followed at the Webber Cemetery under Hunn, Black & Merritt Funeral Home & Crematory.
