Debra Kay Fisher was born February 14, 1957, in Ardmore, Oklahoma to Charles and Teresa Huey.

Debra attended Benjamin O Davis High School in Compton, California and Ardmore High School in Ardmore, Oklahoma.

Debra accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized by Reverend Jerome Fisher at Little Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Compton, California.

Debra was preceded in death by her loving father Charles Wardell Huey, grandmother Amanda Cohee McLish, Bernice King, grandfather William Swan, Charlie Mclish.

She leaves to forever cherish her precious memories, her beloved husband Henry Fisher, Jr. of the home, one daughter Myashun Hurte, one son, Shan Fisher, Phoenix, Arizona; three step children, Charitta, Martez, April, Oklahoma City, OK. Mother Teresa Swan Gates, Ardmore, OK, stepfather Oscar Gates, Phoenix, Arizona; grandmother Lula Swan, Chandler, Arizona; sisters, Doris Huey, Phoenix; Heidi Robertson, Phoenix, Stefanie Gates Wolf (Marc), Atlanta, Georgia; only brother Randy Gates, (Karla) Phoenix, ten grandchildren and one great grandchild. A special aunt Myrtle Lee Williamson, Ardmore, OK; uncles Larry King, (Terrie), Ardmore, OK, Oshiel Daniels, Ardmore, OK; Ronnie Swan, (Sandy), Chandler, Arizona, aunt Brigette Jackson, (Melvin), Las Vegas, a host of nieces, nephews and in-laws Henry Sr. and Marie Fisher of Oklahoma City, OK; brother in-laws, Victor Fisher, (Bridgett), Kansas City, Vincent Fisher, Oklahoma City, OK.
