LITTLEWATER — Services for Willie Largo, 72, will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, May 14 at Rock of Ages, Littlewater.
Harry Largo will officiate. Burial will follow at Borrego Pass Cemetery.
Largo died May 10 in Gallup. He was born March 12, 1930 in Pinedale into the Hairy People Clan for the Two Who Met at
Water People Clan.
Largo was employed with Floyd Lee Ranch, San Mateo; skidder for J.B. Hawkins, Sawmill, Ariz.; Union Pacific Railroad
Company and the Navajo Nation, carpenter with the Water and Sanitation. His hobbies included herding his sheep, cattle,
training, riding his horses and playing his musical instrument at church.
Survivors include his wife, Katherine S. Largo of Littlewater; sons, Augustine Largo of Gallup, Bahe J. Ramone and Timothy
J. Largo both of Albuquerque; daughters, Arlene Saunders of Bloomfield, Marcella Chavez of Window Rock and Kathleen
Deeshchii'nii of Albuquerque; brother, Alonzo Largo of Pinedale; sisters, Marie Harry, Marry Hudson of Prewitt, Ida Mae
Cook of Pinedale, Rose M. John of Gallup and Mary Jane Smith of San Francisco, Calif.; 27 grandchildren; 15 great-
grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Largo was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Harriett Largo.
Pallbearers will be family members.
Cope Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements
