Trini Campa Beecher, 76, of Waycross died Monday afternoon (Nov. 5, 2007) at her residence after a short illness. She was born in El Paso, TX to the late Viviano Campa and Teresita Gomez Campa and lived in Waycross since 1965. She worked for Swain Manufacturing for many years as a Seamstress. Mrs. Beecher was devoted to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a very spiritual woman who was a loving and caring mother and friend to all who were in need. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sons, Chesley Burton Carver and Michael Lee Carver; three step-sons, Edward Clyde Beecher, James Fredrick Beecher and Jake Charles Beecher four great-grandchildren, Jamie Lee, Joshua, Jacob and Eugenia.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas Clyde Beecher, Waycross, two sons, Allen D. Carver (Cheryl), Waycross, Edward B. Carver, Waycross, four daughters, Martha "Marty" Miller (fiancee` Monty), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Roberta "Robbie" Youmans (Terry), Waycross, Ginny Beverly, Yulee, FL, Deborah Spivey (Mike), Alma, GA, one step-son, Marcus Calvin Beecher, Waycross, one step-daughter, Tammy Faye Collins, Dayton, FL, 26 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, one sister Catalina Ramoz, San Bernardino, CA, her granddog, Sabul, special friend, Hazel Gilliard, Waycross, several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A funeral service will be held Friday afternoon at 2:00 pm at the Miles-Odum Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in New Prospect Cemetery in Manor.
The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6 til 8 pm at the funeral home.
